Tom started bodyweight training with no gymnastic experience or specialised coaching guidance.

After years of trying with little progress he decided to move to Australia and learn from some of Australia’s best strength and conditioning coaches.

He applied the cutting edge methods and was able to completely transform the way his body moved and looked.

Soon after he designed a bodyweight program specifically designed to fast track Brisbane locals skill training progress.

Bodyweight Brisbane has helped hundreds of Brisbane locals learn their first Handstand, Muscle up to Lever.
