DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO DO THE CHALLENGE?

We cater to all fitness abilities due to our small group session size. This allows our skill coach to carefully select exercise regressions based at your fitness level.

Our specialised coach will guide you through the session working within your limits to ensure long lasting results.

WHAT ARE THE SESSION GOALS?

Our Sessions are designed to fast track your journey towards Bodyweight Mastery.

HandSkill – Mondays and Thursdays.

Focus on Handstand shape and entry with Parallette bar transitions.

Muscle Groups – Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps and Core.

BarSkill – Tuesdays and Fridays.

Focus on Ring and Bar Muscle up, Levers to transitions from the Pullover to Forward rolls.  This includes basic push and pull strength development.

Muscle Groups – Lats, Rear Delts and Core.

Leg Lever Strength – Wednesdays.

Focus on Leg conditioning to support athletic movement and Lever strength.

Muscle Groups – Quads, Hamstrings, Gluteus and Core.

Full Body Skill – Saturdays.

Primary Skills covered from Handstand, Muscle up to levers with dynamics.

True strength is about balance. Our Skill, Strength, Stretch and Sweat program brings just that! You'll spend time learning new movements which will improve your strength and mobility, but we'll keep things well-rounded with cardio and isometric moves, too.

SMALL GROUPS

You'll receive up to 18 small group personal training sessions to fast track your skill progress. Our 8 to 1 coach ratio will ensure you have a set of coaches eyes on you every step of the way.

FLEXIBILITY

You're not locked into the same class times every week. We're open from 5 a.m. to 645 p.m. every day of the week, so you can always work out when you want to by booking on the go through our private training application. What's more is we have over 6 session types, each working a specific component within bodyweight training. You'll never be bored!

You will have the option to test your bodyweight basic repetition max’s and before shots on the first Saturday of the challenge
