Focus on Handstand shape and entry with Parallette bar transitions.
Muscle Groups – Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps and Core.
BarSkill – Tuesdays and Fridays.
Focus on Ring and Bar Muscle up, Levers to transitions from the Pullover to Forward rolls. This includes basic push and pull strength development.

Leg Lever Strength – Wednesdays.
Focus on Leg conditioning to support athletic movement and Lever strength.
