6 WEEK CHALLENGE

#1 LEARN

True strength is about balance. Our Skill, Strength, Stretch and Sweat program brings just that! You'll spend time learning new movements which will improve your strength and mobility, but we'll keep things well-rounded with cardio and isometric moves, too.

#2 SMALL GROUP

You'll receive up to 18 small group personal training sessions to fast track your skill progress. Our 8 to 1 coach ratio will ensure you have a set of coaches eyes on you every step of the way.

#3 FLEXIBLE

You're not locked into the same class times every week. We're open from 5 a.m. to 645 p.m. every day of the week, so you can always work out when you want to by booking on the go through our private training application. What's more is we have over 6 session types, each working a specific component within bodyweight training. You'll never be bored!

#4 MEAL PLAN

Sick of having no clear direction in the kitchen? We'll design a tailor made meal plan to support your training and give you energy to do the things you love!
